Argo advised Integra Partners on the set-up of its second fund, Integra Global Fund, focusing on investments in international private equity funds and co-investments in buy-out and growth capital opportunities.
Argo assisted Integra Partners with the incorporation, structuring, governance, management and regulatory matters of Integra Global Fund. Upon its incorporation, the fund already raised EUR 135 million in commitments and aims to increase this amount to EUR 200 million through upcoming capital rounds.
