Ben Nagar

Ben is a managing associate in Argo’s tax department.

Ben’s professional focus is on tax law in general. He advises clients on a wide variety of (national and international) income tax aspects including the tax aspects of fund structuring, research and development tax incentives and the tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions. Furthermore, Ben assists clients in ruling proceedings and represents clients in the context of tax audits by and disputes with the Belgian tax authorities.

He joined Argo in 2020 and has previously worked in the tax dispute resolution department of another Belgian law firm.

After having obtained his degree at the University of Antwerp (Masters in Law, 2017), Ben obtained a Postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Brussels Tax College (2018). He has been a member of the Bar since 2017.
