Evelyn Van Raemdonck

Evelyn is a counsel, and member of Argo’s corporate and fund department.

She has advised on a variety of corporate law matters, particularly in the framework of corporate transactions. She has specific expertise in private M&A and alternative investment funds.

Evelyn is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Law degree, 2011) and University of Virginia (LL.M, 2013).
