Michelle Werbrouck

Michelle is an associate in Argo’s corporate and fund structuring department.

Before joining Argo in 2022, Michelle was an associate in the corporate department of a boutique business law firm assisting entrepreneurs, corporates and venture capital and private equity funds in their business, fundraising and transactional activities during all stages of the company lifecycle, including formation, venture capital financings, strategic collaborations and mergers and acquisitions.

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Masters in Law, 2019) and the Vlerick Business School (General Management, 2020). She is currently pursuing an advanced master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Leuven and has been a member of the Bar since 2020.
