Steven Verschoot

Steven is a Managing Associate at ARGO.

His practice focuses on financial law and debt financing (in particular acquisition finance) and assistance on regulatory matters with regard to various financial services. He advises a.o. on the regulation of (the activities of) investment funds (and their managers) and crypto service providers.

Steven is a graduate of the University of Leuven (2015) and studied at New York University. He has been a member of the Bar since 2015. In addition to his work at ARGO, Steven is also a part-time teaching assistant in financial law at KU Leuven. He authored a number of articles on corporate, financial and derivatives law.
