Erwin Jennen

Erwin is an Associate in Argo’s fund structuring department. In this role, he advises private equity and venture capital funds, feeder structures and fund managers on their set-up as well as on all other legal matters during the lifetime of a fund, thereby covering all regulatory and legal aspects.

Before joining Argo in 2024, Erwin gained experience as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer in different law firms, advising a variety of clients from start-ups to listed entities. He also gained in-depth experience in corporate law as an Inhouse Legal Counsel at one of the leading Belgian notary offices.

Erwin holds a Master of Laws from the University of Leuven (2014) and an advanced master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Leuven (2017).

He is also a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters and serves on several Boards of Directors.
