Silke Chantrain

Silke is a managing associate in both Argo’s corporate and fund structuring department.

Silke has gained valuable experience in M&A and private equity transactions. She also regularly advises fund managers on the set-up and structuring of private equity and venture capital funds as well as on a wide range of complex internal fund matters.

She joined Argo in 2017 and is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Masters in Law, 2017) and the University of Leuven (Postgraduate Corporate Finance, 2022).
