Hannelore Geldof

Hannelore is a counsel in Argo’s corporate department and fund structuring department.

She is an experienced lawyer specialised in corporate law and M&A, assisting both private equity funds and corporates. Her work spans a broad range of matters, including M&A transactions, corporate real estate transactions, corporate restructurings and shareholder conflicts. In addition, Hannelore has a broad experience in advising clients on the corporate aspects of fund structuring.

Before joining Argo Law in 2016, Hannelore was an associate in the corporate department of Eubelius. She is a graduate of the University of Ghent (Master in Law, 2012) and the Vlerick Business School (Master in General Management, 2013).

Hannelore is also a member of the steering committee of the Vlerick Legal Club that aims to connect fellow legal professionals to share knowledge and shape the legal future together.
