Argo advises AXI, backed by Strada Partners, on the acquisition of Willux and Megabyte Infrastructure

Argo advises AXI, backed by Strada Partners, on the acquisition of Willux and Megabyte Infrastructure (MBI), two Belgian IT service providers active in managed services and IT infrastructure.

The transactions allow AXI to strengthen its SME division and enter Wallonia for the first time. Both deals form part of AXI’s buy-and-build strategy supported by Strada Partners. Following earlier acquisitions including OQuila and Teamtel, AXI continues to grow its managed services offering and regional presence across Belgium. Certain founders and key managers remain involved in the group.

Argo advised AXI and Strada Partners throughout the transaction process, covering legal due diligence, transaction structuring, financing, transaction documentation and the implementation of the reinvestment arrangements.
