Joeri Vandendriessche

Joeri is a junior associate in Argo’s banking & finance department.

He focuses on banking and finance matters, with a particular interest in acquisition finance, secured transactions and corporate lending. His work builds on a strong academic foundation in financial and capital markets law, complemented by hands-on experience advising clients on corporate and M&A-related questions.

Joeri holds a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp (2019), where he specialised in corporate, financial and economic law with a minor in tax law. He is currently finishing a PhD in financial and capital markets law as part of the InnoFINS research project at the University of Antwerp. During his studies he gained real-world experience by building and experimenting with various entrepreneurial ventures.
