Thomas Van Hoornyck

Thomas is a managing associate in Argo’s corporate department.

Thomas has a strong focus on private an public M&A- and private equity transactions in a variety of industries. He has a keen interest in listed companies and capital market transactions and also advises on corporate restructurings and other aspects of corporate law.

Before joining Argo in 2021, Thomas was associate in the Corporate / M&A department of Loyens & Loeff in Brussels. He is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Masters in Law, 2016) and has been a member of the bar since 2016.
