Maxime Collin

Maxime is a junior associate in Argo’s corporate department.

His professional focus is on corporate law and M&A, private equity and capital markets.

Maxime is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Master of Laws, 2021) and of the Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University ( LL.M. in International Business Law, 2022). He gained further legal knowledge by completing the European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course of the University of Maastricht (2022).

Maxime joined Argo in 2022 and has been a member of the Bar since 2022.
