Argo Law advises Fortino Capital and the VanRoey group on the acquisition of Group K

Argo Law is pleased to have assisted Fortino Capital with the acquisition of Group K by VanRoey, one of its portfolio companies.

Group K, founded in 2021, quickly established itself as a trusted IT partner in Limburg with strong capabilities in cloud, cybersecurity and connectivity. The acquisition strengthens VanRoey’s geographic footprint and service offering in managed IT.
