Silke Spruyt

Silke is a Junior Associate at Argo’s corporate department.

Silke advises on all aspects of corporate law, with a strong focus on private equity and private and public M&A transactions.

Before joining Argo Law in 2024, Silke was a Junior Associate in the corporate/M&A department of Eubelius in Brussels. She is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Masters in Law, 2021) and the Vlerick Business School (Masters in General Management, 2022). Silke has been a member of the Bar since 2022.
