Maxim Vanschooren

Maxim is a junior associate in Argo’s corporate department.

His professional focus is on corporate law and M&A, private equity and capital markets.

Maxim joined Argo in 2023 after having previously worked as a legal consultant (corporate law) at a Big Four consultancy firm. He has been a member of the Bar since 2023.

He is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Master of Laws, 2022).
