Argo assists Sofindev with the acquisition of Polysto Group

Argo is pleased to have advised Sofindev on the acquisition of a majority stake in Polysto Group, a Belgian company specialised in hygienic construction materials for highly regulated environments such as the food industry, logistics, pharma and cleanrooms.

Polysto’s leadership team remains on board and reinvests alongside Sofindev. The partnership aims to further accelerate the company’s international growth, support innovation and expand its distrubtion network.

This transaction marks the sixth investment of the Sofindev VI fund, which closed in 2023 at €250 million.

The Argo team supported Sofindev with all Belgian legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the deal documentation and reinvestment documentation.
