Kris Verdoodt

Kris is a partner at Argo.

Kris is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Law degree, 1999) and of the UCLA (LL.M, 2002), and has been a member of the Bar since 1999.

Previously, Kris worked at Linklaters from 1999 to 2013, and joined ARGO as a founding partner in 2013.

Kris is specialized in corporate law and M&A and has a very specific and widely appreciated expertise in fund structuring, private equity and corporate real estate transactions.

Kris has (co)-authored several articles on various law topics.
