Argo advises Vectis’ portfolio company VD Pro Group on the merger with De Kinder Hardware

Argo advised VD Pro Group, a portfolio company of Vectis Private Equity, on its merger with De Kinder Hardware, a professional tool and hardware supplier based in Buggenhout. The sellers reinvested in VD Pro Group and remain on board in the group.

The merger with f De Kinder fits squarely into VD Pro Group’s buy-and-build strategy. Backed by Vectis, the group is rapidly expanding its geographic footprint and product offering across Belgium.
