Argo advised Strada Partners and Pieter Bols on their investment in Get-2-Customs through the launch of Customs Solutions United (CSU), a new pan-European customs platform led by CEO Pieter Bols.

CSU was launched to build a broader European group focused on customs services, compliance and trade technology. The platform combines local customs expertise with technology and operational scale to support companies operating in an increasingly complex international trade environment.

Get-2-Customs, an Antwerp-based customs broker active across import, export, transit, compliance and advisory services, forms the first building block of the platform. The company has rapidly grown into a trusted partner for logistics and industrial clients in Belgium.

Argo assisted Strada Partners and Pieter Bols on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the set-up of the CSU platform, the structuring of the investment, transaction documentation and closing.
