Argo advised Hummingbird Ventures on the structuring of its new funds Hummingbird Ventures VI and Hummingbird Growth, which together raised $800 million. With these new vehicles, Hummingbird continues to build on its strong track record of backing highly distinctive founders and globally ambitious technology businesses.

The fundraise consists of two complementary strategies: Hummingbird Ventures VI, a $200 million fund focused on early-stage companies, and Hummingbird Growth, a $600 million fund aimed at supporting businesses further along their growth path. Together, they represent the largest fundraise to date for a Belgian venture capital player.

Argo provided legal support on the structuring of both funds and assisted Hummingbird on the legal and tax aspects of the fundraising process and related documentation.
