Charlotte Herpoelaert

Charlotte is an associate in Argo’s fund structuring department.

Charlotte advises private equity and venture capital funds, feed structures and fund managers on their set-up as well as on all other legal matters during the lifetime of a fund, thereby covering all regulatory and legal aspects.

Before joining Argo Law in 2024, Charlotte was a Junior Associate in the Banking & Finance department of Eubelius in Brussels. Charlotte is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Master in Applied Economics: Business Economics, 2018) and the University of Leuven (Master in Law, 2022). Charlotte has been a member of the Bar since 2022.
