Argo advises WAD Capital on the fund set-up and EIF investment

Argo advised WAD Capital on the establishment of both WAD Capital Seed Fund I and WAD Capital Invest Fund I and on the European Investment Fund (EIF) joining as an investor.

WAD Capital’s investment model combines a search phase, focused on identifying suitable acquisition targets, with a subsequent investment phase to finance the selected companies.

These two phases are organized via two dedicated funds. WAD Capital Seed Fund I focuses on the search phase, while the newly established WAD Capital Invest Fund I is dedicated to investments in the companies identified through that process.

Argo also advised WAD Capital on EIF’s participation as an investor.
