Lorenz Nysen

Lorenz is a Junior Associate in Argo’s fund structuring department.

Lorenz advises private equity and venture capital funds, feed structures and fund managers on their set-up as well as on all other legal matters during the lifecycle of a fund, thereby covering all regulatory and legal aspects.

Lorenz holds a Master of Laws from the KU Leuven (2020) and an advanced master’s degree in Notarial Law from KU Leuven (2021). Before joining Argo in 2026, he gained experience as a notarial lawyer and as legal counsel at a private bank. Lorenz has been a member of the Bar since 2026.
