Argo advises VGP on its €250 million accelerated bookbuild offering
Argo advised VGP (Euronext Brussels: VGP) on its successful €250 million capital increase through an accelerated bookbuild offering and private placement of new ordinary shares to international institutional investors.
The offering was significantly oversubscribed, attracting strong demand from both existing and new institutional investors. J.P. Morgan, KBC Securities, Belfius Bank and BNP Paribas Fortis acted as underwriters.
VGP intends to use the proceeds primarily to accelerate its investment pipeline across Europe’s logistics and semi-industrial real estate markets, including new development projects and landbank investments. The transaction also further strengthens the group’s balance sheet and financial flexibility as VGP continues to expand its European platform.
Argo assisted VGP throughout all Belgian legal aspects of the transaction, including the structuring and execution of the capital increase and the related corporate governance procedures.
