Dorien Willemen

Dorien is an associate at Argo, focusing on corporate law with a particular interest in capital markets, private equity and M&A transactions.

She began her legal career at Argo in 2020, gaining experience in various corporate matters. In 2023, she took on the role of legal counsel at a Belgian private equity investment firm, after which she rejoined Argo in May 2025.

Dorien holds a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp (2019) and an LLM from King’s College London (2020).
