Argo advises the lenders on the acquisition financing for Naxicap

Argo advised the lenders on the senior financing for Naxicap Partners, to finance the acquisition of the APF Autoparts group.

The transaction involved members of the group located in five jurisdictions (Belgium, France, Switzerland, UK and The Netherlands).
