Argo advises Fortino’s portfolio company VanRoey on the merger with Dynamate

Argo advised Fortino Capital and founder Patrick Van Roey on the successful completion of the strategic merger of the portfolio company VanRoey with Dynamate, backed by Sofindev.

Through the transaction two established Belgian managed IT service providers join forces in a single integrated group under the Dynamate brand. The combined group employs more than 450 people, serves approximately 3,500 customers and generates over €140 million in annual revenue.

By combining their complementary expertise and regional presence, the merged group is well positioned to further strengthen its offering across infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, managed services, e-commerce and AI.

Argo advised Fortino and VanRoey throughout the transaction and assisted on all legal and tax aspects of the merger.
