Argo advises Vectis Private Equity on the structuring of Vectis V
Argo assisted Vectis Private Equity with the structuring and launch of its fifth fund, Vectis V, which secured €85 million at first closing and targets a final size of €100 million.
The new fund builds on Vectis’ successful track record of supporting ambitious Belgian SMEs in their next growth phase. Backed by a loyal investor base of institutional partners and entrepreneurial families, Vectis V continues the fund’s focus on local companies with strong potential for professionalisation, buy-and-build strategies and international expansion.
Since its founding in 2004, Vectis has invested in more than 40 Belgian businesses, contributing to over 50 add-on acquisitions. With Vectis V, the firm reaffirms its commitment to hands-on, partnership-driven investing in the backbone of the Belgian economy.
Argo provided full legal support on the fund’s structuring, regulatory framework and documentation, working closely with the Vectis team to ensure a future-proof fund structure.
