Argo advises NewSchool on the set-up of its first fund

Argo advised NewSchool.vc on the set-up of NewSchool Fund I, which has reached its final closing at €10 million.

Founded by Christophe Morbee, NewSchool focuses on early-stage B2B technology companies, investing in pre-seed and seed rounds. The fund has raised a total of€10 million, backed by around 50 investors, including family offices and Belgian entrepreneurs.

NewSchool has already built a portfolio of 32 companies, around three quarters of which are based in Belgium, with the remainder spread across several European markets. Its investments include companies such as Ravical, Warren, Spotable, Donna and Cashfeed.

Argo advised NewSchool on the legal and tax structuring and establishment of NewSchool Fund I.
