Argo advises Fortino’s portfolio company VanRoey on the acquisition of The Collective

Argo advised VanRoey, a portfolio company of Fortino Capital, on its acquisition of The Collective, a Belgian cybersecurity specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft-based security, endpoint management and managed services.

The acquisition strengthens VanRoey’s cybersecurity offering, including IT/OT security and SOC services, and establishes a first foothold in East Flanders. For The Collective, the transaction supports further scaling of its specialised security expertise within a broader organisation.
