Argo advises Fortino’s portfolio company VanRoey on the intended merger with Dynamate

Argo advised Fortino Capital and its portfolio company VanRoey on the intended strategic merger with Dynamate, backed by Sofindev. The parties aim to combine their activities into one integrated Belgian managed IT services group under the Dynamate brand, subject to competition authority approval.

VanRoey and Dynamate announced their intention to join forces in a single group, bringing together two complementary Belgian IT players. The merger intention brings together complementary strengths in both service offering and regional footprint. Together, the group aims to scale investments in innovation, including AI and security, and to further strengthen its position in a consolidating IT market.
