Samuel De Winter

Samuel is a junior associate in Argo’s corporate department.

He focuses on M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, as well as on general corporate law matters. He advises a broad range of clients, including listed and non-listed companies and private equity funds.

He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp (2017), an Advanced Master in Notarial Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (2019), and a PhD in Law from the University of Antwerp (2024).

Before joining Argo, Samuel gained experience in a leading notarial practice in Antwerp, where he worked on transactional matters.

Samuel joined Argo in 2026.
