Pieter Bogaerts
Pieter is a partner at Argo.
Pieter is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Law degree, 2000). He also holds a LL.M. from the Golden Gate University, San Francisco (2001), where he focused on securities and banking law. He joined the Bar in 2001.
He worked for over 12 years at a leading business law firm, before joining ARGO as a partner in 2014. His professional focus is on banking law and debt finance operations, with specific expertise in structured and asset backed finance transactions, as well as lending and leasing schemes and the regulatory oversight for banking activities.
