Madjda Temraz

Madjda is a managing associate in Argo’s corporate department.

She has a focus on private equity and advises on a wide variety of private and public M&A transactions.

Before joining Argo in 2020, Madjda was an associate in the corporate department of a boutique business law firm assisting entrepreneurs, startups, established corporations and venture and private equity funds on raising financing, strategic investments, mergers and share and asset acquisitions. Madjda obtained her master of law at the University of Ghent (Law degree, 2017) and has been a member of the Bar since 2017.

Madjda works fluently in Dutch, French, English and Arabic.
