Liselotte Van Coillie

Liselotte is an Associate in Argo’s fund structuring department.

In this role, she advises private equity and venture capital funds, feeder structures and fund managers on their structuring, formation and ongoing operational needs, thereby covering all regulatory and legal aspects.

Before joining Argo, Liselotte worked as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar in both an international and a Belgian law firm, focusing on insolvency and corporate law. She then joined the Financial Law Institute at Ghent University, working as a researcher and academic assistant, preparing a PhD dissertation on the agency conflicts in the context of private equity investments.

Liselotte holds a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp, an additional degree in management from ICHEC Brussels Management School, and a PhD in Law from Ghent University.
