Korneel Debruyn

Korneel is an associate in Argo’s fund structuring department.

Korneel advises private equity and venture capital funds, feeder structures and fund managers on their set-up, organisation and ongoing operations. His work covers the full regulatory and legal framework throughout the lifecycle of a fund.

Before joining Argo in 2025, Korneel gained experience at DLA Piper, where he worked in the Financial Services & Insurance team, and at EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO), advising on a broad range of financial regulatory and fund related matters. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Hasselt (2021, Cum Laude). Korneel has been a member of the Bar since 2023.
