Jasper Willems

Jasper is an associate in Argo’s corporate department.

He assists Argo’s clients on a variety of corporate matters, with a strong focus on private equity and private and public M&A transactions.

Before joining Argo in 2023, Jasper was an associate in the corporate department of a boutique business law firm assisting entrepreneurs, startups and venture and private equity funds on strategic investments, mergers and share and asset acquisitions. Jasper obtained his master of law at the University of Leuven (2018), and later obtained an advanced master of corporate law at the University of Leuven (2019), as well as a postgraduate in tax law at FHS (2019). Jasper has been a member of the Bar since 2019.
