Jarno Zuallaert

Jarno is an associate at ARGO.

He focuses on both financial regulations and financial transactions.

He gained substantial experience in financial law, advising financial institutions (banks, fund managers, payment institutions,…), most notably on regulatory matters concerning a broad variety of financial regulations (MiFID II, Prospectus Regulation, UCITS, AIFMD, PSD II, crypto,…)

Jarno is a graduate at the University of Ghent (Master of Laws degree, 2020). Prior to joining ARGO in 2023, he worked at a leading business law firm in Brussels. He has been member of the bar since 2020.
