Hendrik Dejonckheere

Hendrik is an associate in Argo’s fund structuring and tax department.

Hendrik advises private equity and venture capital funds, feed structures and fund managers on their set-up as well as on all other legal matters during the lifetime of a fund, thereby covering all regulatory and legal aspects.

Before joining Argo Law in 2025, Hendrik was a Junior Associate in the Tax department of a leading law firm in Brussels. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Leuven (2020), an Advanced Master in Tax Law from the ULB (2021) and an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center (2023).
