Flip Dalle

Flip is an associate in Argo’s tax department.

Flip advises clients on various aspects of Belgian and International tax law with a specific focus on corporate income tax matters. He advises clients on the tax aspects of private equity transactions, fund structuring and mergers & acquisitions. Furthermore, Flip assists clients in ruling proceedings and represents clients in the context of tax audits by and disputes with the Belgian tax authorities.

Flip has authored a number of articles on tax law topics.

Flip is a graduate of the KU Leuven (Master in Law, 2021) and the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Advanced master in Tax Law, 2022).

He joined Argo in 2023 and has been a member of the Bar since 2022. He has previously worked in a Brussels boutique tax law firm.
