Daan is a junior associate in Argo’s corporate department.
He is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Master of Laws, 2021) and Vlerick Business School (General Management, 2022).
Daan advises on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on private and public M&A transactions.
He is a member of the Bar since 2022.
