Andries Bots

Andries is an associate in Argo’s corporate department.

He advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on private and public M&A transactions.

Andries holds a Master of Laws from the University of Liège (2017) and from the Queen Mary University of London (2018). Before joining Argo Law, he worked in the corporate and M&A department of another Belgian law firm.

He has been a member of the Bar since 2018.
