With 13 years of experience in corporate finance and a proven track record advising clients on complex, high-value financing transactions, Francis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across acquisition finance, general corporate lending and debt capital markets to our team.
Prior to joining Argo, Francis advised on a broad range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions and is widely recognized for his responsiveness and his commercially focused, pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach delivering best-in-class advice to his clients. In this context, he regularly acts for funds, financial institutions and listed and unlisted corporates.
Before becoming part of Argo, Francis worked in the Banking & Finance department of a leading international law firm in Brussels. Francis was ranked as “Up and Coming: Banking & Finance” in both the Global and Europe 2025 editions of Chambers and Partners – a testament to his strong reputation in the market.
