New counsels at Argo

Argo is delighted to announce that Noemi Blumberg, Louis Hoet and Freya Jorens have been promoted to counsel. These new appointments bolster Argo’s senior offering in public and private M&A as well as in fund structuring. The promotions have taken effect on 1 January 2021.

Noemi Blumberg has more than a decade of experience in advising on all aspects of corporate law but especially in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and the most delicate corporate governance issues.

Louis Hoet has a long standing focus on the private equity sector. He has advised on a wide variety of (cross-border) M&A transactions , on both buy-side and sell-side. Louis advises both corporates and private equity firms and covers a broad range of industries.

Freya Jorens has a remarkable track record in private equity transactions and public offerings. As co-head of Argo’s fund practice she has tremendous expertise in advising clients on the regulatory and corporate intricacies of fund structuring.
