Argo assists Volta Ventures with the launch of Volta Seed

Argo Law is pleased to have assisted Volta Ventures with the setup and structuring of Volta Seed, a newly launched €20 million fund dedicated to early-stage B2B SaaS startups in the Benelux.

Volta Seed targets pre-seed and seed rounds, with investments ranging from €100,000 to €1 million. The fund is designed to move quickly and flexibly – offering early-stage founders both capital and access to an experienced network of investors and operators.

The first investments—Langwatch (Amsterdam) and Predikt (Leuven)—are already setting the tone for what’s ahead.
