Argo advises PIA Group, backed by Baltisse, on the acquisition of Warfid

Argo is pleased to have advised PIA Group, the Belgian accountancy, audit and advisory group backed by Baltisse, on its acquisition of Warfid, a West Flanders-based accountancy firm.

This deal follows Argo’s longstanding support of PIA Group on multiple acquisitions across Belgium and the Netherlands, including A&T Partners, Factum Fiscalis, Emendo and Verschaeren & Mertens.
