Argo advised Intellus Group on joining forces with Amista, an international technology partner specialising in SAP, Microsoft and business transformation.

The transaction brings together Intellus Group’s expertise in Data, Analytics & AI with Amista’s capabilities in ERP, business applications and digital transformation. Together, the combined group counts more than 450 consultants, serves over 1,000 customers and generates annual revenues of more than €70 million.

Amista is backed by Capital A, which has supported the company’s growth through a series of strategic acquisitions. Joining forces with Intellus Group represents another step in that growth strategy.
