Argo advises CMB and its finance providers on CMB’s restructuring and transfer of vessels

Argo’s banking team advised various ship finance providers on their financing arrangements with CMB, in the framework of the merger of CMB with its subsidiaries Bocimar Belgium and CMB Technologies, including the transfer of several large maritime vessels and ship mortgages.

CMB is one of the world’s largest (and Belgium’s largest) owner and operator  of dry bulk ship carriers.
