Argo advised Accent Etiketten and its finance parties on the group’s refinancing and international expansion

Argo has acted as legal counsel to Accent Etiketten, Waterland and the consortium of banks in connection with the comprehensive refinancing of the credit facility agreement and the subsequent acquisitions of the Group.

Accent Etiketten specialises in the production of self-adhesive labels for various applications and end markets.

The refinancing has enabled the group to continue its international growth strategy, with the acquisitions of substantial French and Danish targets.

Argo’s banking team arranged for the accession to the facilities agreement of the foreign subsidiaries and the establishment of security in favour of the lenders.
