Argo advised on the set-up of two new Hummingbird funds

Argo advised Hummingbird with respect to the incorporation of two new Hummingbird funds, Hummingbird Ventures IV and Hummingbird Opportunity Fund II. Argo advised on the incorporation, structuring, governance, management and regulatory matters in relation to the funds. An aggregate amount of EUR 175 million was raised for both funds.

The focus of Hummingbird Ventures IV will be on seed capital investments, ranging between EUR 400,000 and EUR 2.5 million per investment. Hummingbird Opportunity Fund II aims to make investments of up to EUR 20 million in entities with high potential, as a step-up to a future takeover or IPO.
